1. SPX Software License

SPX is licensed under the MIT License. Read more from this link.


This license is for the SPX software only. There are two types of licenses that apply for SPX templates and other downloads:

2. FREE Templates (can be shared and adapted)

Quick summary:


You can SHARE and ADAPT material but ATTRIBUTION and LINK to spxgc.com

must be provided with INDICATION of changes made.

3. PREMIUM Templates (can not be shared)

Quick summary:


You can USE and ADAPT templates for your own use and make COPIES but you CAN

NOT SHARE the material with others outside your organization.

How do I know which license applies?

Depending on your download see the license file either in LICENSE_FREE.TXT or LICENSE_PREMIUM.TXT file

in this same folder.
