SPX Runner
Loop a rundown automatically
A simple utility from the HTML Marketplace for running a rundown automatically in a loop.
Installation
Once you have downloaded the extension, unzip all files from it to a new folder within SPX's root folder, such as SPX/ASSETS/plugins/SPX_Runner
When you reload any rundown a new RUNNER button becomes visible and it will open the extension UI.
Use
- Load any rundown
- Stop playing items from the rundown
- Open the Runner extension
- Set duration (for how long each item is shown)
- Set delay (how long should the gap between items be)
- Click START to start the playback from the first rundown item. It will loop automatically after the last one.
Please note: the extension will use the SPX API to get the currently loaded rundown and will start playing items from it. If the active rundown is changed or modifications are done to it, the extension may not be able to run successfully.
When making modifications, stop the playback and start again.
